How to request deletion of your data

Your Right to Deletion

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023, you have the right to request erasure of your personal data held by us.

This page explains what data we may hold, how to request its deletion, and what happens after your request.

What Data We May Hold

annailabs.com (This Website)

This is a static informational website. We do not collect personal data through forms or accounts. The only data is anonymised analytics via Google Analytics 4 and server logs via Cloudflare.

OnePlaceHQ (Our SaaS Platform)

If you use OnePlaceHQ, we may hold:

  • Account information (name, phone number, email)
  • Business data you entered (invoices, customers, records)
  • WhatsApp message logs (if messaging features are used)
  • Activity and usage logs

Facebook / Meta Login

If you logged in or connected a Meta account to any of our services, we may hold your Meta user ID and basic profile information (name, email) that was shared during the login process.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to us with the subject line "Data Deletion Request":

Please include:

  • The email address or phone number associated with your account
  • Which service (OnePlaceHQ, annailabs.com, or Meta login)
  • Whether you want full deletion or specific data removed

What Happens After Your Request

Acknowledgement (within 48 hours)

We confirm receipt of your request and verify your identity.

Processing (within 7 days)

We identify all data associated with your account and begin deletion.

Confirmation (within 30 days)

We confirm that your data has been deleted and notify you via email.

Exceptions

We may retain certain data if required by law, including:

  • Tax records — GST invoices and financial records must be retained for the period required by Indian tax law
  • Legal obligations — Data needed to comply with court orders or regulatory requirements
  • Fraud prevention — Minimal data needed to prevent abuse of our services

In such cases, we will inform you which data is retained and the legal basis for retention.

Facebook / Meta Data Deletion

If you connected your Meta (Facebook) account to our services, you can also remove access directly from Meta:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites
  2. Find OnePlaceHQ in the list
  3. Click Remove

Removing the app from Facebook will revoke our access to your Meta data. To also delete data already stored in our systems, please send a deletion request as described above.
